Commentary: Tonight WWE makes History, when the TNA World Title will be defended by Bobby Lashley against Bully Ray.............also tonight Bobby Lashleys opponent at the Royal Rumble finds out if the members of The Corre qualify for the Royal Rumble match with David Otuinga in a Qualifying match, also the other 2 members will be in action in singles matches against the returning Chris Jericho & Kofi Kingston.
But first of all Christian makes his way to the ring..........
Promo: Christian claims that despite what Jeff Hardy & Crazzy Steve have claimed over the last few weeks, his WWE Career is nowhere near over...........he admits that his singles career hasn't been as fruitful as he would like, but that all changes this Sunday ............
just then however Crazzy Steve jumps into the ring from behind and assaults Christian.....................
GM Office: Triple H storms in on Teddy Long, and after CM Punk cost him a chance to qualify for the Royal Rumble, demands a match with him tonight...............however Teddy cannot oblige having already sanctioned a Royal Rumble Qualifying match against Daniel Bryan, however he understands Triple H's fury, and decides that he will be the one to face David Otunga, in what will for Triple H be a 2nd, but also last chance to qualify for the Rumble Match...............
Next up Chris Jerichop returns to the ring to face one of the men responsible for taking him out..............
Chris Jericho v Micheal Tarver w/ Darren Young
Royal Rumble Qualifier (Tarver only)
Mid Match: Darren Young caused interference distracting Jericho, which allowed Tarver to take advantage, however Jericho managed to avoid the attack, before reversing it, and sending Tarver over the top rope............
the referee then ejected Darren Young from ringside....................but with his back turned, Tarver re-entered the ring and delivered a low blow to Jericho......................

Backstage:Teddy Long is on his mobile, making a deal with someone................but who is it?

Mid Match: Triple H is in control, but then an uninvited guest makes his way down to the ring, this time however it is not CM Punk......it's Christopher Daniels, Triple H sensing another attack decides to take matters into his own hands and initiates an attack on Daniels, and ultimately slamming him into the steel steps...........
Winner: David Otunga via Count Out.
Post Match: Triple H had let his emotions take over, and as David Otunga celebrated on the ring, and Triple H realised his last chance of being in the Rumble match was gone decided to take his frustrations out on Daniels, rolling him into the ring, he waited for Daniels to get to his feet, then delivered the Pedigree............
Backstage: Brie Bella, who last week was victim to a cheap shot by the Knockouts, approaches Gail Kim, she reminds Gail of the fact that when she lost to Summer Rae 2 weeks ago, that the stipulation was that she had to put her Title on the line, and Brie is here to inform her that Gail will be doing just that at The Royal Rumble against Brie.............Gail Kim claims that she will end Brie at the Rumble, and she has nothing to fear...............
Next up another payback match as Kofi Kingston takes on Darren Young.............

Backstage: Bully Ray walks in on Bobby Lashley, he informs Lashley that before the night began, their match tonight was a NON TITLE Match, but WWE Management made the decision to make it a Title match...............he then claims that the WWE are trying to divide the TNA roster, but regardless of what happens tonight.........they will stand strong against WWE................
Lashley tells Bully Ray to bring his best, so that he's ready for The Royal Rumble, and bringing the World Championship to TNA...........
But how can WWE Management maka a TNA World Title match between two TNA Stars without TNA approving it?

Post Match: Daniel Bryan will not be in the Royal Rumble, and as he climbs to his feet, he is ambushed by Kurt Angle.......but this time as kurt Angle went for a 2nd attack on Bryan, he reversed it and got the offence in, causing Angle to retreat.............
Backstage: Steiner and Jinderr Mahal are having a conversation, without realising D'Von Dudley is listening in.....................
Coming up next as we see Bobby Lashley preparing, it's the Main Event, but just then Paul heyman approaches Lashley.............
he reveals that he tried everything to avoid this being a Title Match, but WWE Management refused, so he wishes him luck..........Lashley feels that Heyman has no faith in him, he intends to retain his Title, and show Brock Lesnar what awaits him at The Royal Rumble...............

Mid Match: Bobby Lashley locks in a Submission hold on Bully Rey, but then David Otunga comes down the ramp and causes a distraction, the referee goes out to deal with Otunga ordering him to the back, meanwhile Lashley releases the hold and turns toward the ref & Otunga...........as Bully Rey rolls out of the ring to recover....................then suddenly the ring is invaded by Brock Lesnar with a steel chair, which he crashes down on Bobby Lashley.............
Winner and NEW TNA World Champion: Bully Rey via Pinfall.
Just like the referee, Bully Rey had no knowledge of Brock Lesnar's interference..............and Lashley acknowledged this fact, congratulating Bully on his victory, b ut clearly seething at Lesnar costing him his Title...........
