Just prior to the opening credits, there is footage of a confrontation between Kane & Jack Swagger, Kane accuses Swagger of allowing Heath Slater to get involved in his match last week, because Swagger wants Kane beaten down before this Sunday, because Swagger knows he can't beat Kane. Swqagger denies thius, he then reminds Kane that he actually came to Kane's aid, he then tells Kane that if he wanted Kane harmed, he would do it himself, he turns away and then unexpectedly swings back round and decks Kane, a fight breaks out which eventually gets broken up by a number of Superstars.

Post Match: Furious with that defeat, Tensai re-entered the ring and assaulted R-Truth from behind and beat him down, Micheal Cole labelled the assault as a clear message to Edge, who later tonight goes 1 on 1 with The Miz..

Edge v The Miz
After the message sent earlier by Tensai with R-Truth, Edge was hoping to send a similar message to Tensai.
Damien Sandow appeared at ringside during the match.
Post Match: Damien Sandow grabs a microphone and yells at Edge, that his time was up...............just thenTensai appears and rushes to the ring, as Edge tries to prepare himself, The Miz attacks him from behind, Miz then grabs a steel chair and prepares to strike Edge with it, but Tensai now in the ring, snatches the chair off him............the arena goes silent and then Tensai takes great pleasure in beating Edge with the steel chair. For Micheal Cole, that was just another message for Edge.
