Commentary: 24 Hours removed from Payback, we now continue onwards toward WWE's next huge event, Money in the Bank, with two Money in the Bank Qualifiers in the Womens Division........................
also tonight after aiding Triple H last night, The British Invasion will be in action against the Tag Team Champions Epico & Primo....................
And finally we get a reminder that Monday Night Raw has a new WWE Champion.....................
and at this point, the commentary team are interrupted by the former Champion, Cody Rhodes making his way to the ring...............
Promo: After allowing the jeers aimed at him from the fans in attendance, Cody claims last night he fought against impossible odds, he was in a Handicap match, and that Miz didn't win the WWE Title, he stole it.........................and he's demanding a rematch for the Title................TONIGHT!!!!!
And then out to the ring strides...............Edge.................
After Cody demands Edge leave, because he has no reason to be out here, Edge explains that he has every right to be out here, this is his Home Country......................
he then claims that Cody has got too big for his boots, after what he did to win the WWE Title off his brother in the first place, Cody has forgotten his roots.......reminding him of his father.
This gets a response from Cody that his father was a loser, he was never a World Champion.....................and then Cody has an enlightenment...........why ask for an expected rematch, when he can just take Edges spot in Money in the Bank, win that and cash in on an unsuspecting Miz whenever he wishes...................
to which Edge replies that he'll see him in tonights Main Event then............
A J Styles v Scott Hall

Backstage:McIntyre walks into the locker room of British Invasion, noticing that once again Wade Barrett is nowhere to be seen, he explains that tonight the three of them will go down to the ring and demand answers from Barrett, to find out if his loyalty remains true to the USB.........................
Doug Williams agrees, stating that after tonight, the weak link of The USB will be dealt with....................permanently.........
In a seperate situation. McIntyre asks who made the decision to get involved in Triple H's match last night.........to which Doug reveals it was their decision, and ultimately the USB benefit, since now they are now first in line for a Title Shot after Beer Money's rematch..............
GM Office: Having called both Bobby Lashley and James Mitchell to her office, Stephanie McMahon makes it clear that what occured last week between Lashley & Abyss will not happen again under her watch, so she makes a no contact situation between them until their Spawn of Satan match takes place, under threat of serious condequences if either party make contact with the other.............
Lashley turns to Mitchell, he claims he can control himself until the match, but he wants to know when it will occur, and the rules if any are required..........
Mitchell responds testing Bobby's patience by revealing all will be revealed........................in time.
Backstage: Melina storms into The Bella's locker room, revealing that the Diva's Title match will take place next week, she warns Nikki to leave her psycho sister Brie behind.....................then claims that were she in the right mood, she would knockout Brie right where she stands, but she can't be bothered............all her concentration is on retaining her Title................
then as soon as Melina leaves, Nikki turns to Brie asking why she assaulted Melina last week.............it's not the Bella way...............what is going on?
Brie gets emotional, she reveals that she has been hiding a secret.............she reveals she has no memory of assaulting Melina last week, in fact she has no memory of any of these vicious attacks she's been making.............
she's afraid of these situations, and as a result feels she needs to withdraw from in ring action, including tonight's Money in the Bank Qualifier..............
Nikki tells Brie, they will get her any help she feels she needs, but she can't let this get in the way of her career...............so she will compete tonight and she will qualify for the Money in the Bank Match............

Post Match: Jade approaches the commentary desk, taking up a microphone, Jade announces that finally her time has come, she's not only qualified for Money in the Bank, she's going to win the contract, cash in and become the WWE Diva's Champion...........but she won't be going by her TNA moniker...............Jade will from now on be known by her given name......................MIA YIM!!!!!
but then Angelina walks over confronting Mia......................they go face to face...........before Angelina walks away.............clearly though this is not a closed matter............
GM Office: John Cena confronts Stephanie, after what occurred last night at Payback, he admits he wasn't surprised at the turn of events, and vows he will not let this become a rerun of 2000's McMahon-Helmsler era....................
Stephanie admits that yes, this is her show, and she'll run it the way she pleases, with only the best competing at the top level, and he's not on that level, and he most certainly is not at the level to walk in her office and tell her how to do her job................
As a result she calls security to not only escort Cena from her office, but also out of the building...........
Promo: Drew McIntyre accompanied by British Invasion, make their way into the ring...............
Demanding the WWE Universe silence their booing, McIntyre immediately calls Wade Barrett to the ring.....................
Barrett comes down to and then enters the ring opposite McIntyre..............
McIntyre immediately demands answers, why has Barrett been more interested in winning the United States Title, rather than work with him to ensure McIntyre wins the WWE Title, which was the whole reason this group united for....................
Barrett claims that a real leader leads by example, he doesn't get others to do the work for him............which is why, Barrett will no longer............,"Watch McIntyre's Back".............................
McIntyre realised too late what those last three words meant, as suddenly without warning, Magnus & Doug Williams attacked him from behind..........................
A 3 on 1 beatdown commenced, which McIntyre had no chance of escaping from........................eventually culminated with Barrett taking multiple chair shots to McIntyre's legd before referees eventually managed to get Barrett & British Invasion to leave the ring......................
and then the Medical Team arrived with the stretcher.............

GM Office: Triple H and Stephanie are celebrating the result from last night, enjoying the fact that Cena was outplayed..................also Stephanie was overjoyed at British Invasion taking out Drew McIntyre before the break.
But now is the time for Triple H to once again become a World Champion...............so it's time to talk...........

Backstage Interview: Renee approaches Kaval, last night he was unable to capture the Cruiserweight Title from Suicide, now he has once again failed with his attempt to take the Hardcore Title....................how does he pull himself out of this bad run of results?
Kaval is angered by this question, and responds with 2 words..........................................................................................................................

he then walks off, leaving a speechless Renee.
Next up, after revealing her recent blackouts leading to her rage attacks................Brie Bella takes on Velvet Sky in the 2nd of tonight's Money in the Bank Qualifiers.................will she be able to control herself?

Post Match: Having won the match thanks to Angelina attacking Brie, while Velvet distracted the referee, Nikki proceeded to enter the ring, at which point, she fell to The Beautiful People double team, which was only broken up by the return of Brie, who once again had the wild blank look, she went after The Beautiful People who quicky exited the ring, Nikki then took hold of Brie's hand and talked her back into a state of calm.
Backstage: Stephanie McMahon approaches Rey Mysterio with a message for Suicide...................that he has a Cruiserweight Title defence this Friday on smackdown........................and his opponent..........................................
X-Pac!!
Commentary: Jerry Lawler is shocked at the news that X-Pac has received a Title Shot, and implies that it may be because he's friends with Stephanie & Triple H, to which Micheal Cole reminds Jerry that Stephanie is in charge, and needs to be careful with his opinions.
Then before the discussion can go any further....................Glass Shatters, and out rides on an ATV, Stone Cold Steve Austin...............
fresh off his victory over Samoa Joe last night.............
Promo: Stone Cold tells Samoa Joe that he should feel privileged to be the last ever opponent to Stone Cold, as he reveals that he is now a retired Wrestler.............and that someone else now needs to step up and take over the ass whooping scene..................
At this point, the WWE Champion The Miz, walks down and enters the ring, he starts by thanking Austin on behalf of the WWE Universe and all the WWE Superstars, who Austin has either helped or in most cases beat some sense into,................... but then he is cut off by the arrival of Samoa Joe, who remains at the ramp entrance.......................he believes that what is happening in the ring is nauseating, and that he has already replaced Stone, he is the reason Stone Cold has to retire......................
Stone Cold cuts him off, reminding Joe that he lost last night, to him...................bad knee's and all.................Joe can do all the talking he wants, but he needs to back them up with actions, because so far he hasn't.
An to that, Samoa Joe has no retaliation, throwing down the mic, he leaves........................The Miz & Stone Cold shake hands, Miz then leaves to allow Stone Cold to soak in the adulations.
Commentary: And as we bid farewell to Stone Cold, last night we also bid farwell to another legend after Lita defeated Trish Stratus, thanks to some unexpected assistance from Katie Lea, we now go to footage filmed later that same night..............
Trish is leaving the stadium, when Lita cuts her off..................Trish tells Lita to get her gloating over with quickly, because everyone knows she screwed Trish over.
Lita claims she had no affiliation with Katie, she didn't want to win that way, let alone cause her to retire...................she spoke with Stephanie who has agreed to waive the retirement stipulation, as former friends Lita proposes they let bygones be bygones and move on with their careers.
Trish doesn't believe Lita for a moment, she claims she was always going to retire after the match anyway, now Lita has to live with the fact that her biggest achievement in her career will be forever tainted................
Trish then pushes past Lita and heads toward her car, leaving Lita crestfallen.
And now it's time for the Main Event as Cody Rhodes takes on Edge.............

Post Match: Edge celebrates his victory, and is then blasted from behind with a Steel Chair by a wild eyed Cody Rhodes..............this was another defeat, he started screaming at Edge "I am not a failure" over and over again as he delivered kicks to Edges Mid riff.
Cody then picks up the chair again to beat Edge with..............but then The Miz storms down to the ring, causing Cody to exit.
Cody backs away toward the entrance as Miz kneels beside Edge as a medical Team arrive, all the while never taking his eyes off Cody.
